Artist Talk with Teresa Wennberg

Join us for a unique encounter with artist Teresa Wennberg – one of Sweden’s leading pioneers in digital art. In this artist talk, she shares her artistic journey, her visions, and her lifelong exploration of technology, identity, and existence.

Since the 1970s, Teresa Wennberg has moved at the intersection of art and technology. From Sala Gaudí in Barcelona to the Centre Pompidou in Paris – her work has been exhibited around the world, continuously challenging conventions.

As one of the first in Europe to integrate computer graphics, 3D animation, and VR into her artistic practice, Wennberg has built a career that both reflects and shapes the development of technology in contemporary art. But regardless of the medium, the same core questions run through her work: Who are we? What are we searching for? And how do we cope with the passage of time, the unknown, and our longing for meaning?

The artist talk takes place in the exhibition Me You We – Exploring Human Behaviour, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet the artist and ask your own questions. A conversation about the power of art to penetrate what we do not always dare to put into words.
